SHIPPING

• For orders outside of the US, please contact mechnewmedia@gmail.com to place your order.
• Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of submission.
• Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery
• Overnight and express mailing, etc. are not available at this time.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We hope you’re happy with your purchase but if not, no problem! If you are unsatisfied with an item, contact me within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Returns

Accepted within 30 days

Return shipping

Buyer pays return shipping. If a product is damaged (during shipping for example), there is no need to return it – I will provide a full refund if an image of the damaged item is provided.

Refunds

Money Back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

All records are shipped carefully using the most sturdy possible type of record mailers available.
Records inside of the mailer are packaged with 2x sheets of packing foam to ensure safe delivery.
