Some Great Finds Digging Over the Holidays!

I was home on the east coast visiting friends and family for the holidays and I was lucky enough to get in some record digging! I hadn’t been to Beautiful World Syndicate in Philly for years, so that was the first stop on my list. I picked up a few 45s and a Gerald Wilson LP that I hadn’t come across in the past. After that I went by Jupiter Records in Wilmington, DE and grabbed a stack of 45s. I was lucky to get in there since it was Christmas Eve and they were closing early. Anyhow, long story short – I’ll be adding some of what I got from this trip and some of what I got during the west coast trip earlier this month to the Mechords store in the new year. We drove from Los Angeles to Seattle and along the way I was fortunate enough to be able to check out a few different record stores. Shout out to De La Playa In Highland Park, CA and Streetlight Records in Santa Cruz! I picked up some great records for my collection as well as some 45s that I’ll put in the Mechords store. There’s always great finds on the west coast and this trip was no different. More details to come as I go through everything I picked up!
